Menu Plans – weekly menus I’ve planned

I have been searching for a flatbread recipe that is made with cheddar cheese and blue cheese. My grandmother used to make it and my mom also made it, but not quite as good, but I was never able to get the recipe from her before her death. The recipe was brought over from the Old Country (Austria/Hungary) in the early 1900’s. It is a very thin, but chewey flatbread and I would love to be able to duplicate it. Do you have any idea what the recipe would be? It was always referred to as “trutchka” (sp?) in our family.
